Copyright Notice:
In most cases, any photo that has been taken by a professional photographer is protected by copyright law and therefore can not be reproduced with out the permission of the photographer. This includes school photos and many event photos. Please check the back of pictures for a “Do Not Duplicate” or other copyright notices, or if the photographer’s name appears on the photo.
We will NOT reproduce your photos if in doing so will violate copyright law.
By uploading photos you (the sender) automatically acknowledge that the pictures being sent are NOT professional copyrighted photographs and that you take full responsibility that you have not violated any copyright laws.
Stills in Motion reserves the right to not process any photo as we deem unfit for any reason. We thank you for your understanding regarding this matter.
Shipping Information:
Base shipping cost is $7.95 for one unit and $3.00 for each additional unit shipped in the same package. Orders are shipped “Ground” from Plainview, Long Island, NY. We can also upgrade your shipping method for faster delivery for a fee. Please call 1-866-333-4495 for more information about this option.
If you mailed in photos with your order form, they will be returned with your completed order. Stills in Motion will make every effort to ensure that your original photos are not damaged, but we are not responsible for any damage to photos during shipping. We recommend that you reinforce the envelope you send your photos in with cardboard or another flat rigid surface to protect it from bending in the mail.
NY State sales tax will be applied to all orders shipping within the state of New York.
Return Policy:
Due to the fact that all Stills in Motion products are custom made, Stills in Motion does not issue refunds. To ensure customer satisfaction, if a product does not meet the quality expected by the customer Stills in Motion will work with the customer as much as possible to replace the product or issue a credit for another item.
Privacy Policy:
Any customer information entered on this web site will ONLY be used by Stills in Motion LLC. Your information will never be sold or given to any other entities for any reason.
